Shipping, Returns, Warranty
All products sold by MSE INC. (Seller) are brand new and are manufactured to meet the highest industry standards. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Upon placing your purchase from MSE INC., you (Buyer) acknowledges that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth as follows.
SHIPPING POLICY
All quoted delivery times are based on factory estimations and are subject to change due to conditions that cannot be controlled by the Seller. We will strive to expedite all orders and inform you of any changes in delivery status.
Products are shipped F.O.B. Shipping Point (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the Buyer upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. For shipping damage, customers should file claim to their carrier immediately. The Seller will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
Available carriers are FedEx and UPS.
All goods supplied by the Seller shall be examined and checked immediately upon receipt by the Buyer. The Seller should be notified in writing within 48 hours of any shortages or errors in the delivery. No claim whatsoever will be accepted by the company in respect of any shortages or errors after this time. Due to the nature of our products, production lead time is considered before we could provide shipping time.
WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
All sales are considered final. All returns must be approved by the Seller and assigned an RMA number prior to return. Seller provides 30-days limited warranty from the day the product is delivered and not on the day it was put to use. This applies only for factory related defect. Seller is not responsible for any breakage, damages due to shipping, and mishandling/misuse of the product.
Goods that conform to the Buyer's order may not be returned without the consent of the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to impose a handling charge of 15% of the net invoice value for these Goods.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept any Goods returned, for whatever reason, if after inspection such Goods or their packaging prove unsatisfactory in any way.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that any returns are free from biological and chemical hazard. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept Goods which in its view present a hazard to its staff or which may infringe the Health & Safety at Work legislation.
Buyer assumes all costs in shipping items back to us, and the Seller assume the cost in shipping replacements to the Buyer. Shipping cost incurred are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, production lead time is considered before we could provide shipping time. All replacement/repaired products are shipped FedEx Express Saver. We recommend using delivery confirmation/tracking when shipping packages to us.
CANCELLATION
At the discretion of the Seller, items such as accessories may be cancelled ten working days prior to shipment. However, for specific size and assembled items that carry a factory lead time may be non-cancellable or include a cancellation charge.
